Estimate Information - Load by Debtor

Use this option to recall a normal service estimate or a field service estimate by debtor number.

  1. Select ESTIMATES | SERVICE ESTIMATE.

Micronet displays the Estimate Information screen.

  1. Select LOAD BY DEBTOR.

Micronet displays the Estimate Selection screen.

  1. If required, you can filter the list of estimates displayed by Debtor, Estimate No or Job Status.

Micronet displays the estimates matching your criteria at the bottom of the screen.

  1. Double-click on the estimate you want to load, or select an estimate and press the Enter key.

Micronet redisplays the Estimate Information screen with the estimate header details.

  1. Continue processing the estimate by completing the steps required in the "Service Estimates Overview".
